These are another sample work that made by HZD. On the left side is the design made in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, while on the right is the product that been used in the program. The event organizer has chosen HZD as designer for printout material. more of the pictures will be upload soon.

Terms and Conditions

Starting of the process

1.  It is advisable for customer to have early thoughts on how the design will be look like. If the customer needs a consultation from HZD, feel free to do so by contacting us through email or Facebook chat without any charges.
2. Providing a lot of information to us is essential where it will speed up our design process. Detail information such as recent company logo, address, specific theme, specific colour, etc. helps us having a clearer vision of what you really want without delaying time on guessing it.
3.  All orders are COMPULSORY in writing form.

Discussion

1. Draft of the design will be sent to customer via electronic format in which an email will be sent to the customer. A low resolution and small file size will be sent for viewing and commenting on the design.
2. Type of file will be given for draft : .jpeg or .pdf
3. If the customer fails to respond within 7 DAYS after the draft had been emailed, HZD will consider the customer as NOT INTERESTED.
4. If the customer fails to respond on anything regarding to design asked by HZD within 90 DAYS from last contact, the HZD will consider the customer is NOT INTERESTED TO FINALIZE his project.
5. Designing process will take place after gathered COMPLETE information. Estimated duration will be 3 – 5 Days.

Payment

1. Payment will be made using a milestone payment method. A table of milestone payment method will let the customers know time for them to made payment.
2. Final design with high resolution and actual size will be given once payment has been completed.
3. An electronic file that you received after finishing all the payments are

•     Masterfile (.ai / .psd / .indd)
•     Final design in size A4 (.jpeg high quality – for viewing purpose)
•         Actual size of the design (.jpeg / .png / .eps )

1. Take note that the entire file that customer received as mentioned above (3) is only applied to FINAL DESIGN ONLY. Other design draft will not be given.

Information & Privacy

1. All information given by customer such as company recent logo / personal data / pictures / other attachment will be kept private. We understand how important to keep your information confidential.
2. By supplying materials (such as text, images and other files/information) to HZD for use in a project, the customer declares that he/she is the owner, or holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permission to use these materials.  The ownership of these materials shall remain solely with the customer, or rightful owner.
3. PMD will not include in its projects, any material(s) that it deems to be immoral, offensive, obscene or illegal.  All advertising material must conform to all standards prescribe by all relevant advertising standards authorities.  PMD also reserves the right to refuse to include submitted material without giving reason.  The customer agrees to allow PMD remove, without penalty, any materials included in good faith that subsequently emerge to contravene these Terms and Conditions.   PMD is to be held in no way responsible for any such materials being included.
4. HZD has right to use their created design for their own promotional purpose. The design will be compiling in the HZD portfolio as prove of works that had been done so far.

HZD reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
